well what most the sores are is actually the chemicals inside the meth forcing themselves outside of the body. Because the body will reject the chemicals natuarlly but it get's pushed out through the skin after extended use. Oh, you should see their arms, i've seen pictures where there is literally no skin left on the arms, just all pussing sores.
Wow...they sure do get ugly looking, and like they were all in a fistfight together!! Yuck!
Yuck yuck yuck! It doesn't help that I have a huge oozing zit on my chin right now as I see this....
